Packing Material
Where possible, we will use recycled packages to post your packages. Considering the type of business this is, I want to try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Sticker care
All journalling supplies should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

As our artists and suppliers use different printing methods, unless specified in the product listing, the stickers and stick sheets are not waterproof or UV resistant.

When will my order be sent?
I process orders in batches Monday to Friday and post orders out 1-2 times a week. I aim to get all orders out as fast as possible but there may be longer waits after big sales or new releases! I am currently a one person team, so I can only work as fast as my body lets me, and, I do also operate another business, so I definitely appreciate your patience.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes do happen. We are happy to try to make things right.

If your item is damaged or faulty, or your order contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, please follow these steps:

  • In line with our Terms of Service, inspect your Goods immediately upon their arrival and give notice to us no later than 48 hours of receipt of the Goods.
  • If your order is missing an item, please double check your parcel before contacting us. Missing items may still be in the package hiding under packaging material or down the side or stuck to another item in the order.
  • Take a photo of the item/s clearly showing the issue/s.
  • Send the photos to hello@ellipses.com.au along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • After we have reviewed your case, we will contact you to inform you of the outcome. Should you be requested to return incorrect items or we issue replacement items, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.

Need to change your address?
If you have moved or need to change your postal address before I send out order, please email hello@ellipses.com.au with your order number, old address and new address. 

If your shipping label has already been created or I have sent your order already, I cannot change your address.

Shop currency & extra fees at checkout
As I am based in Australia, all prices are in AUD and include GST for all Australian customers. Shipping/postage is calculated during the checkout process so you will pay more at checkout.

Payment Methods
Payment is possible by way of debit or credit card including AMEX. Unfortunately, AfterPay and the like will not be offered at this stage.

Consignment Artists

I am actively looking for independent artists who wish to sell their stationery with us on a consignment basis. Reach out to Melie at hello@ellipses.com.au introducing yourself, your social media links and some images of the stationery you'd like to sell with us. 

We won't sell any items that infringe IP, are AI generated, or are crude and NSFW.
