Collection: BENU PREORDER

Currently, we are placing orders monthly with BENU whilst we grow our business and stock levels. 

Orders will be placed on, or around, the 15th of each month and will be shipped to you as soon as possible after your BENU items have arrived and checked. Please ensure you place your BENU order with us before 5pm AEST on the 14th of each month to ensure your order will be submitted on the 15th.

Please allow up to 4 weeks from the 15th before contacting us to follow up on the status of your order.

If you order any other items with your BENU order, we will post these together. Please try to order your BENU items separately to any other item to ensure you receive all your items as soon as practicable unless you are happy to wait for them to all be posted out together. We will not split orders that contain PREORDER and other items.

Note: Per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, cancellations are not accepted for PREORDERS.
